Dr. Wilson founded North Alabama Family Psychiatry, a private practice that services the psychiatric needs of children, adolescents, and adults, now North Alabama Family Psychiatry & Counseling, offering psychiatric, psychological, and counseling services to the local community.

North Alabama Family Psychiatry & Counseling launched their NeuroStar Trans Cranial Magnetic Stimulation program in June of 2019. TMS of North Alabama was born, with a mission to offer our community a non-pharmacological option for Treatment Resistant Major Depression in adults.
